Arty Joe’s is an art gallery and doctor’s office all rolled into one. Not only do John and his staff do great body art and body piercing but his studio is the nation’s leading Permanent Cosmetic school and studio. John teaches plastic surgeons and technicians from around the world and is one of the most sought after artists in the world for permanent cosmetics. From movie stars to the everyday professional woman, this is the norm at Arty Joe’s Skin City. They do wonderful permanent eyeliner work as well as some of the most beautiful full-lip color and brows. This shop really does it all when it comes to permanent cosmetics. John is also doing daily pro-bono work for cancer survivors of radical mastectomies, reconstructing areolas to burn victims and little children with deformed lips. John was recently awarded an Award of Excellence from the American Academy of Micropigmentation in Orlando. A retired Master Sergeant of the U.S. Marine Corp., John Hashey is a board member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation, a certified examiner and instructor by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, a member of the National Cosmetic Tattoo Association and the National Tattoo Association.
