Eye liner or enhancement $750.00
Cheek blush $1400.00
Wet line $750.00
Areola (healthy no scars) $650.00
Scar camouflage $200.00 per hour ask for price quote

Model Program
All procedures on the face $350.00 excluding blush. This program is at a reduced cost because the models allow students to watch as John does the procedure. The model must also agree to photo release and the staff will be happy to explain.

Cancer surviors can be scheduled on a first come basis. These areola reconstruction and scar camouflage cases are done pro-bono.

All permanent makeup procedures are guaranteed for a period of 5 years with no touch-up fees.

All procedures must have a full consultation with John and a patch test, no exceptions!

	John Hashey is a board certified Diplomat of the American Academy of Micropigmentation. He formerly sat on the examination board for the American Academy of Micropigmentation and formerly served as one of the board of directors for the American Board of Micropigmentation.
	John Hashey is one of the leading national authorities on permanent makeup and tattooing and is a Trainer Member with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. He is also a member of the National Cosmetic Tattooing Association and is also a member of the National Tattoo Association and the East Coast Permanent Cosmetic Association.
