I just wanted you to know how much I love my two, new machines. I am so mad at myself for hanging on to my swash for so long. I couldn't believe how easy the pigment went into the skin. When my paitient left, lets just say...she had the thick eyeliner she wanted. I cannot wait for my next lip and areola paitient. I cannot wait to use it again. You were right when you said this would improve my work. I have now done perment make-up long enough, that when my clients come back for their follow-up appt/ touch-up, they usually come back looking good, but I have to say, I am quite confident that the paitient I tattooed with my new machine, will probably not need to come back for a ( color darkening) touch-up for a very long time. I have had very good success with my little swash ,but again, like you said, it isn't even close to being in the same league as this Electro.mag. bad boy!

Oh, I also love the bright pink and blue colors on the machines, the engraving and the great case.

Hello John,

First is the compliment to your warehouse system. Ordering on your web is so clear and understandable. So is the color of the tapestry is pleasing to the eyes. The invoicing and mainly packing, never- never have I got package better way packed then from your warehouse. Individually packed in plastic bags a few things at the time, good quick overview what I am getting. Use space efficiently. Two inspectors checking package and camera recording packing, outside box labels which advertised, very impressive. Well what's new? This is our John. Perfectionist. That is what I like about you.

Thank you for the order I received in a very timely manner...that is the most professional package I have received on a supply order from anyone in the 6.5 years I have been ordering permanent makeup supplies!

Usually have to call for labeling & products are loose in the package, NEVER in sealed bags. Even have had to return many items that the company's will not supply labeling for or are in questionable packaging.
