Our first encounter with John was at a seminar he was giving in New Orleans and from the moment he began to speak we realized that we were finally hearing the information that the permanent makeup industry needed to know.

No one in the past had even been able to come close to helping us solve the problems we were having with our procedures. We had not only spent thousands of dollars on training and products, we had traveled near and far to many seminars in hope of finding the missing ingredient. And until we met John we didn't even know what the missing element was, it was technique. Finally, someone was teaching us proper technique and we and we had never been taught that before John came along.

We are so used to hearing a product sales pitch from everyone else in this industry that what he had to say was like a breath of fresh air. It was so obvious that he had the skills and knowledge needed for great results and he was so eager to share that with us.

He has turned our desperation and frustration into total happiness. John's integrity, honesty and character are outstanding and he has certainly been the key that has turned our business around. We are now doing procedures in less than half the time and remarkable results for the clients.

Since that initial seminar we have trained with John at his own studio and working with him and Casey is a real pleasure. They maintain a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and have made us feel like family. What he has meant to us is invaluable. Although he has all the equipment that you could ever want in this industry in his tattoo supply business, he will never give you a sales pitch.

 He tells you the truth about anything you ask him and from now on he will be the one we turn to for future training and all of our supplies. No matter how long you have been in this industry, whether beginner or advanced, never pass up the opportunity to train under John. You will most certainly regret it if you miss that chance. He is truly an artist and we are proud to call him our colleague and our friend.

I want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and tell you how happy I am with my new machine. My procedures are doing so much better then the old pen machine that I had been using. I have thrown it in the garbage where it belongs.

The healing time is so much better, color is staying in so much better also. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I went to your class.

Far to often in today's world I find that people are quick to complain and criticize someone else's work when they are unhappy with the results, but reluctant to let someone know when they have performed a good job. Therefore it certainly makes me happy to write you this note thanking you for a great job.

About 6 weeks ago I was in your shop and you gave me a tattoo of an eagle on my upper arm. While I realize that I am probably somewhat prejudiced thinking it is truly a great tattoo, just because it is my tattoo, I wanted you to know that not only I, but most others as well that see it think it is certainly one of the best tattoo's they have ever seen.

You managed to not only to capture great definition and detail, but you also were able to achieve outstanding coloring on the eagle as well. Thank you again, and I will certainly recommend you and your work to any one that inquires.
